American Biosurgical offers Design and Manufacturing Engineering support with over 50 years of combined experience in interconnect and medical cabling technologies and materials. Our team of designers are located in the United States and can work with your existing designs and documentation or we can work with you to develop a totally new custom cabling solution and bring it into production in our wholly owned Asian manufacturing facility.

The ability for our engineers to quickly evaluate designs and communicate 3D Solidworks designs in real time to our Asian factory allows American Biosurgical to refine a design early in the design process where changes are cheap, thus significantly improving product quality. American Biosurgial’s Asian NPI (New Product Introduction) cell utilizes the latest test and inspection equipment to provide turn-key verification and validation tests per customer requirements. This includes Pull testing, Flex Testing, Dielectric Withstanding, Ingress, sterilization, etc.

American Biosurgical understands that the term "design" implies an evolutionary process, with "in-house" RP we encourage our customers to explore options early in the process.
